Our Byron Bay Blend is a two bean speciality Arabica blend. Our beans are from Guatemala, grown in the fertile volcanic soils and from the Cerrado Minas Gerais region in Brazil.
The Guatemala soils create a unique tasting blend complete with a medium bodied espresso. It has a soft acidity, with hints of maple syrup and pecan.
This blend is perfect for milk based coffee too, which allows notes of milk chocolate and toffee to come out.
It is a deliciously smooth and delicious coffee.
